Guys, to tell you the truth, I think I'm taking a little break from dA, because lately I haven't found the inspiration to go online and check messages xD; I'll probably be updating some deviations here and there (Like my fanfic *cough* ), but I won't be on a lot. Lately I've been going Heath Ledger-crazy. I read a biography of him, and plan on having a Heath Ledger movie marathon day with a friend of mine () who is equally as obsessed. AND HOLYCOW is anyone going to see The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus? It's Heath's last movie. He died BEFORE IT WAS COMPLETELY FILMED ;o; So they replaced the parts he didn't finish with 3 other actors, one of them being JOHNNY DEPP. Both of my favorite actors in one movie. Ohshit.

Holycrap, I haven't signed in for 20 days D: I bet a lot of you thought I died or quit dA or something x-x

My explanation for anyone that's wondering where the hell I've been is SCHOOL. I just went into Grade 11 at my high school, and am still catching up to how much more shit there is compared to Grade 10. I seriously haven't even been able to turn my computer on for the past two weeks because I'm getting so much homework that I'm working on it from the moment I get of the bus to my cerfew. *dies*

Sad news is that I probably won't be on much this week either because of 3 huge assignments (One due Wednesday, another Thursday, and the last, an essay, due next Tuesday.)

Despite this, I'll try and sign in as much as I can and hopefully post the pictures and explanation of FanExpo that I promised in my last journal.

HolyCRAP I haven't updated anything for more than two weeks D: *dies* I'm so sorry to those who were waiting for replies from me. I had about 150 messages when I signed in today, and I just finished going through them all, so BLAH.

ANYWAY.

In an earlier journal I mentioned going to the BIGGEST CONVENTION IN CANADA called FanExpo, where every nerd imaginable in Canada gathers to celebrate the bliss of geek-dom.

HOLYSHIT IT WAS FUCKING PACKED. THAT was my only problem with the convention. Otherwise, this was probably one of my favorite conventions. <3

I'll be posting pictures soon and I'll update this journal tomorrow, because I'm honestly too lazy to explain everything at 9:30 PM xDD;;

Because when you stay in one for a week things start to SMELL, and the nurses wake you up at ungodly hours in the morning to check your temperture and shit... Oh. Yeah.

Did I mention I was in the hospital for a week? x:

*sigh* The body likes to get wonky at stupid, stupid times, and my appendix decided to get infected in the middle of the GODDAMN SUMMER. WITH FANEXPO COMING UP AND A BUNCH OF PARTIES. *headdesk*

I would have been home sooner, but the 'emergency' part of the hospital is really fucking SLOW at night. It seriously took them 21 hours to get me into a surgery room after I got there. And because of that, my appendix burst WHILE I WAS WAITING.

So I had a tube. Connected to a drain. Connected to my stomach. Sticking OUT OF MY ABDOMINAL AREA.

AND THEY PULLED OUT YESTERDAY.

Now I literally have a hole in my tummy ;-;

Ah, well. Passed all of the shitty hospital food and pain too horrible to reimagine, everythinjg's fine and dandy : D

Except that... I have a cosplay weapon to work on... and chapter 9 of my fanfic... and that Kiriban for ... and over 100 dA messages... and I need to finish that set of 200 FFVII icons... GAH. *dies*

... Nothing much has happened, really. For a sweet 16, I expected a little more... but I guess it's all okay. I didn't have a birthday party or anything, so for what I got, it was more than enough :3

(She learned that phrase so that she could say it to me. AWEZ. <3) And the whole time she was over, she was SO in character (Well most of the time. Sometimes she was like Reno on crack xD), and just AUGH. If she had a Reno wig on, I think she would have DIED of raep <333 Em, honestly, I'm going to remember that forever <3

And so far, that's what I've gotten. I have yet to receive presents from my dad and aunt/uncle/cousin, which I'm eagerly awaiting x3
